Abby Armour has served as Director of the Mukwonago Community Library for over four years and previously was the director of a small library and a school district librarian. An ALA 2025 I Love My Librarian Award honoree, she has presented at the WLA’s and ALA's annual conferences and has led MCL to become a nationally recognized leader in public library compliance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). As a hands-on director who participates in all aspects of library operations—from building maintenance to programming to technology management—she gains crucial insight into how each component affects the others, enabling her to provide strategic leadership while fostering collaboration and community outreach.

Presenting at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21
