Isa Small, MLIS, is the Programming & Communications Services Manager at the L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library in Eau Claire, where she has worked since 2007 and has served as manager since 2014. A graduate of the Wisconsin Libraries Transforming Communities (WLTC) community engagement cohort (2020–2021) and former chair of the Governor-appointed Council on Library and Network Development (COLAND), Isa brings a deep commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. Her work centers on building meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships that strengthen both organizations and the communities they serve.
