Julie Elmore has been a Library Director at the Oakland City - Columbia Township Public Library in southwest Indiana for over 15 years. One of her favorite things about working at a small library is hosting adult programs. In her off time, she enjoys being a volunteer water fitness class leader at the local YMCA.
Patty Collins has served Kansas Libraries for more than 32 years in various capacities from story lady to school librarian to assistant director. As a Consultant for the Central Kansas Library System she assists small libraries with all aspects of library service including policy, collection and programming. She represents the interests of youth and supports equal access to library materials and services for users of all ages. In her spare time, Patty spends time in the Little House by researching and presenting on the life and works of Laura Ingalls Wilder.
