The Wild Wisconsin Winter Web Conference is a respectful, safe and inclusive environment for all participants, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, appearance, ethnicity, race, national origin, age, religion, or any other protected categories under applicable law. 

All participants are expected to behave with integrity and respect toward others in attendance. 

Webinars offered through the conference are moderated. Participants are expected to respect the choices of the moderator in selecting questions or comments and managing session times. Participants are required to respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from any unauthorized or unwelcomed recording or photography. 
Participants may not:
  • Record video or take photos/screenshots of interactions with other participants. 
  • Record video or take photos/screenshots of materials shown from presenters. 
  • Record any portion of the presentation, via video or audio. 
  • Use AI notetakers in the webinar. Any AI detected will be removed and blocked from the webinar.
All communication, verbal or electronic, must be carried out in a respectful and polite manner. Inappropriate messaging, unwelcome contact, or humiliation to another person will not be tolerated.

The organizers of the Wild Wisconsin Winter Web Conference reserve the right to remove or reject participants who do not abide by this code of conduct.
